RC 224
Hydrofuge based on an oligomer alkylpolysiloxane (10%)
RC 224 is a colorless water repellent product for treating mineral building materials. RC 224 is UV and alkali resistant without changing the aspect of the surface and maintaining vapor permeability. After applying the RC 224, the active product undergoes a chemical transformation: it becomes a poly-siloxane and provides a permanent water repellent and good pearling effect.
RC 224 is ready-to-use and based on high-quality siloxane (10% active substances) with a high penetrating capacity. RC 224 has been developed to make bricks, concrete blocks, cellular concrete and all porous rocks (white limestone) that continuously suffer from the adverse effects of rain.
