Residentie Lievehof Ghent

The facade of Residentie Lievehof in Ghent - located on the Sint-Antoniuskaai - was deeply cleaned with our RC Alcali-Clean and was protected with our RC 810 AG after showing dark spots. The combination of atmospheric pollution with a low-quality hydrofuge that was applied unevenly when building the residence resulted in dark spots that began to appear all over the façade.

Cleaning the facade was done with our RC Alcali-Clean, a universal cleaner specifically designed to remove atmospheric contamination on all types of outdoor surfaces. After that, our RC 810 AG (which is stronger than RC 809 OG) was applied, so that the façade can enjoy permanent protection against all types of pollution and weather conditions.
