Sint-Jozefskliniek Izegem
At the Saint Joseph Clinic in Izegem, the company has Martin Dutry successfully addressed the persistent moisture problem in the basement at level -1. The basement was struggling with serious moisture and salt problems, with moisture and salts seeping through the existing cementation. To address this problem effectively, the existing cementation was first completely truncated.
The walls were then injected with RC Drygel 80, a high-quality product that provides a long-lasting and reliable seal against rising moisture. To capture the salts present in the walls and prevent further damage, the wall was treated with RC Sulfastop ZB. This product has been specially designed to effectively retain and neutralize salts.
As a final step in the renovation process, a new, watertight cementation was applied with RC 221. This cementation offers sustainable protection against moisture and ensures that the basement remains dry and safe in the future. Thanks to Maarten Dutry's expert approach and the use of high-quality products, the moisture problem in the Saint Joseph Clinic has been solved effectively and thoroughly.
