Villa Sint Denijs

In Sint Denijs, Frederic Vandekeere bvba completed a remarkable renovation project, in which an entire brick villa, including the roof, has undergone a thorough refurbishment. The villa, known for its extraordinary architecture and unique brick roof, had to struggle with loosening joints. To restore structural integrity, the joints were first carefully ground out. They were then rejoined with RC 221, a high-quality, water-repellent mortar that is ready to use. This treatment ensured a durable and weatherproof seal for the joints.

After rejoining, our RC Siloxcoat Fond primer was applied. Subsequently, the entire villa, including the brick roof, was painted with RC Siloxcoat. This ultra-matt façade paint is specially designed to be permeable to water vapor and protects the bricks against weather influences.

This combination of high-quality materials and craftsmanship has preserved the special character of the villa in Sint Denijs.
