Historic doctor's villa in Sint-Lambrechts-Herk

In Sint-Lambrechts-Herk, a historic doctor’s villa with a practice space has undergone a complete façade renovation. Thanks to a meticulous restoration, the building retains its authentic charm while being better protected against weather conditions.

The work was carried out by Ibes Decor, in collaboration with Verfland Interiors, who provided expert advice. The entire façade was coated with RC Kalei, a cement-free lime mortar based on natural hydraulic lime (NHL), ensuring a breathable and aesthetically pleasing finish. The chimney was treated with RC Siloxcoat, a breathable, water-repellent siloxane coating. The rest of the façade was protected with RC Hydrocreme 4, a highly effective water repellent that deeply penetrates the substrate, providing long-lasting protection against moisture and dirt.

With this combination of durable materials and expert craftsmanship, the historic villa is now ready for the future while preserving its architectural heritage.
