La Belle Maison of la Maison Fénelon, named after François de Salignac de La Mothe-Fénelon (1615-1715), bishop of Cambrai, was extensively renovated in 2023 by the professional team of Artebat.
The exterior façade has a plinth with the RC Sanisel remediating mortar. Above the skirting board, the bricks were treated with cement-free RC Kalei, applied in two layers. Subsequently, both the skirting board and the clay were painted with the vapour-proof RC Siloxcoat in RAL 9010.
