Mechelen Salt Wharf

The Zoutwerf runs from the Grootbrug to't Pleintje. This used to be a busy trading place, with a few houses with beautiful facades still preserved. Before renovating a private home, PIT Antwerp rely on our products.

The façade has been completely overhauled. Damaged facing bricks were repaired with RC Amonit, a mineral restoration mortar. The RC Nautil Mono, a decorative micromortar, was used to tint the masonry (skirting board and side part). The façade was then re-stitched with RC Astivo in color 117.

The roof trusses were also fully treated with the Sarpeco 910 wood protection product.
