Loft Ghent

In the charming city of Ghent, this restoration project was tackled by Bowaco.

First, the rusted iron elements were treated with Brantho Korrux 3 in 1, a universal anti-corrosion coating. The large cavities in the façade were filled with RC 730 Betonrep, a fine fibre-reinforced repair mortar. Certain parts of the façade were re-jointed with our RC Astivo vapour-proof joint mortar.

The entire building was then provided with a waterproof skirting board with RC 221, which protects the façade against splashing water. Above the plinth, the façade was finished in a trendy color with our coloured, cement-free RC Kalei 512.
